Breathing and Art (ages 6-12)

Did you know there are different ways of breathing to help calm the mind and settle the body? During this workshop, children will learn different breathing techniques in a fun way to help with stress, anxiety and fear and excitement. We will also be incorporating painting with our breath and creating beautiful masterpieces.
