Exploring Present Moment and Art (ages 6-12)

Join us in combing art and the present moment through body awareness (yoga), walking, stillness and group activities.What does it mean to be present?  With so many activities and tasks in our busy lives it’s tough to just be here in the now. Being present can be a difficult task for children and adults alike. However, once we have a better understanding of the present moment, life becomes easier and more enjoyable.  During this workshop we will discover how to stay in the present moment through art and everyday life.
