Community Day Vendor Fee

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, May 10
• Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Booth Size and Setup

• Booth size is 10'x10', outdoor
• Vendors must provide their own tent, table, table coverings, display racks, etc.
• Vendors must use their own sandbags to weigh down their tents (no stakes allowed)
• Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of their displays. If needed, please bring your own handcarts for loading and unloading.

Promotion

• Photographs submitted as part of the vendor application may be used for promotion. Photographs may be taken at the event for future promotion.

General Information

• Vendors are responsible for their own transactions and reporting.
• Virginia MOCA is not liable for any damage caused while your work is on the premises.
